Llana Beach Resort consists of a total of 605 accommodation units distributed in 10  blocks and a hotel. The hotel accommodates 47 duplexes, 4 restaurants, 4 bars, a gym, a spa, a swimming pool and adjacent green areas. The basic idea has been to try to centralize all common functions: swimming pools, bars and spa and create a closed resort.
PERSONAL CONTRIBUTION:
The concept for this project came from the architect at Melia Hotels International. But after the re-designing, I contributed to all the design phases, especially during the construction phase. I was involved in the smallest detail - including the interior design, material selection, meetings with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants. The central part of the resort has been redesigned by me, due to last-minute requirements to increase the surface of the pools and provide more room for relaxation areas. The volumetric study of main accesses and pergolas of the hotel has gone through many phases until it reaches the current stage, and I was responsible for designing and presenting all the options.

USED SOFTWARE:

AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop
