Due to the increased number of commuters from this part of the city into the city centre, which is estimated at 50,000 commuters/hour by 2020, the need for a new metro line has become a priority for Metrorex. The new M5 will have 8 metro stations and this metro station is situated at the intersection point of two main connection avenues to the city centre, having an ideal location.
PERSONAL CONTRIBUTION:
Involved in the feasibility study, concept design and developed design stages, volumetric studies, detailed drawings, approaching manufacturers and specialists for information, preparing presentation material including line drawings, visualisations and physical models.
